Tropical Mango-Pineapple-Berry Smoothie

  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
